Spring 2019 Group Fitness Schedule

Classes run Monday, May 6th – August 29.

Please note that as of June 26 will be the last week for Spin & Barre. Low spring attendance has effected the offering of these classes throughout the summer months.

There will be no classes on the following days:

July 1-4 (Canada Day & Floor refinish in studio 1) & August 5 (BC Day)

Please note that the fitness schedule is subject to change, based on participation. If a class has 3 or less participants for 3 weeks in a row, it will be cancelled for the remainder of the semester. The best way to keep your favorite class on the schedule is to attend it regularly – and bring a friend or two. Thank you for your understanding.
