Personal Training Start Up Packages 

  • $75 start-up fee includes an initial interview, goal setting, fitness assessment and 2 personal training sessions 
  • Personalized Plans available:
    • 4 Week Personalized Plan (includes 1 session for exercise demonstration) - $80
    • 6 Week Personalized Plan (includes 1 session for exercise demonstration) - $105
    • 8 Week Personalized Plan (includes 2 sessions for exercise demonstration) - $160
  • Personalized Packages available:
    • 4 Week personalized plan + 4 personal training sessions - $165
    • 6 Week personalized plan + 6 personal training sessions - $245
    • 8 Week personalized plan + 8 personal training sessions - $325
  • $30 single sessions

Missed Session Policy:

If you are unable to make a scheduled session with your Personal Trainer, please notify your trainer directly or call the Recreation Customer Service Desk at 250.807.9200 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If you do not notify either your trainer or Recreation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, you will be charged for the scheduled session.

Therapy and sports medicine clinic

Access to a Certified Athletics Therapist and Sports Medicine physician are available to the campus community twice a week during designated clinic times.

A range of services are available to students – appointments with a doctor or nurse, personal counseling, healthy lifestyles programs, student research opportunities, and resources. Student health services at UBC’s Okanagan campus are provided by Health & Wellness.
