Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding our limited reading week schedule. Due to the nature of many of our instructors being students, they use this opportunity to take a break from life at UBC to connect with family and friends. If the classes below do not work for you, your group fitness membership will allow you access to the fitness studios at any time throughout the week to exercise on your own. 

In support of MoveUBC month, all classes from February 13-17 are FREE. #moveubc

Please note that the fitness schedule is subject to change, based on participation. If a class has 3 or less participants for 3 weeks in a row, it will be cancelled for the remainder of the semester. The best way to keep your favorite class on the schedule is to attend it regularly - and bring a friend or two. Thank you for your understanding.

Access to a Certified Athletics Therapist and Sports Medicine physician are available to the campus community twice a week during designated clinic times.
